General Policies.
Listed below are all the policies that must be read before booking your appointment. It is very important that you fully understand this information as this will ensure that we have a smooth experience!
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results.
You will be asked to wear a mask at all times for safety precautions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem not suitable for this procedure or for any other reason.
A deposit is required in order book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Your appointment will last between 3-5 hours.
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file.
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a charge of $20.00. With no exceptions
If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent and approved before booking an appointment. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.
A minimum of 2 appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary.
Touch Up appointments must be booked no sooner than 8 weeks. We require for your eyebrows to be completely healed before we can work in your eyebrows again.
Touch Up appointments must be completed within 6 months from the original appointment date before it is considered a new appointment and additional charges will apply.
Touch up appointments must be completed before the shape of your eyebrows completely fades. If the shape has faded, it will be considered a BRAND NEW session.
If you consume any type of blood thinners before your appointment and the appointment has to be rescheduled a new deposit will required for the following appointment.
